With the years I have learned to love life. To appreciate the little things. The walk with the dog, your lovey’s arm around you. The little fights between lovers, which show their strong feelings for each other. The fresh air after a rain shower, which has cleaned the dusty road.
And you will see everything depends on your focus on life. How you see yourself, how you let yourself be touched by life. Don’t close your heart being afraid of the strong impact of life.
Stay vulnerable instead. And you will experience that everything you touch with love will become to a source of joy. And you will penetrate the dry and hard soil of hatred, and it will become to a fertile ground for love. (Volker Schunck)
