It is written
Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn. (Rom 12:15)

but that doesn’t mean letting yourself being absorbed by the dramas and depressions
of other persons
to the contrary
that would become to a great disaster
and helps nobody
therefore it’s important
to stay yourself

you have to be like a little boat
which dances over the stormy sea
without getting lost in the waves
there is no usage for you as a shipwreck
on the ground of the ocean
